When it comes to learning, the lines between work and play are blurring. The IBM Smarter Work force initiative (which includes Saba solutions) helps organizations attract, empower and motivate their employees to perform at peak potential.  Join two of the most effective learning solutions leaders as we look at "playing on the job" in a whole new way.

Both social gaming and mobile learning are increasing in prevalence and sophistication as businesses seek innovative approaches for engaging their intergenerational workforces. Learn from Cynthia Crose how "serious games" and social collaboration are helping employees develop critical capabilities more rapidly. Robbe Addis will discuss mobile learning solutions, including the benefits and rewards of infusing mobile capabilities into any training infrastructure.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the business payoffs of serious gaming, mobile learning applications and social collaboration to enable a Smarter Workforce.
